Final Election Results & Thank You!

With all of the votes counted, I am deeply moved and grateful that so many fellow Democratic voters chose to vote for me to serve another term on our San Diego County Democratic Central Committee.

Thank you to the incredible coalition of support from my Democratic neighbors in Clairemont, activists in our historic LGBTQ+ communities, AAPI voters in Mira Mesa and Linda Vista, young Democrats throughout the district, and friends in El Cajon and East County.

Also, thank you to the San Diego Labor Coalition including LiUNA Local 89, San Diegans Against Hate, Clairemont Democratic Club, San Diego County Young Democrats, and San Diego Democrats for Equality for your support.

As the saying goes: “It takes a village.”

The last 4 years have certainly had their challenges as we navigated through the pandemic, but it’s evidently clear that coalition-building, leadership, and winning elections matters — especially, within our Democratic Party. It’s time to work together to elect Democrats, protect and save democracy, and defeat fascism, hate, and Trump Republicans in November.

Thank you again.

Very proud of the community organizing work I’ve accomplished over the years as:

Assembly District 78 includes most of City Council District 3 (Balboa Park and the surrounding communities), all of City Council District 7, Clairemont, Bay Park, MCAS Miramar, Mira Mesa, SDSU and the College Area, as well as neighborhoods in El Cajon north of the 8 freeway.

Also, I’m very honored and proud to have the endorsement and support of LiUNA Local 89, San Diego County Young Democrats, San Diego Democrats for Equality, and Clairemont Democratic Club.

For truth, justice, and a better tomorrow…

— Ryan.

So, it’s official… I am running for re-election for our San Diego County Democratic Party Central Committee in Assembly District 78.

Special thank you to the dozens of Democratic activists throughout the district who signed my nominating petition (and having to repeatedly explain what a Central Committee is LOL) — you helped make this possible!

Post-redistricting, we’ve been drawn into the 78th Assembly District (represented by Assemblymember Chris Ward, map below). If you’re a registered Democratic voter in Assembly District 78, I’m looking forward to earning your vote!
